Thendral Special School & Therapy Centre (Job Entrepreneurship and Empowerment Training) program for Persons with disability addresses the requirements of persons with disability aged between 18 years by providing vocational skill building training and sustainable employment opportunities. This Training aims at enabling youth with disability to live financially independent lives through vocational skill building and placement support creation. Through directed efforts in the direction of skill building and employment support, trainees would get employed, and sustain them with quality performance.
